VINEYARDS:
Privately owned vineyards on the island, at an altitude of 150 meters , the soil is
volcanic - calcareous and the climate is Mediterranean .
VINIFICATION: Cold Maceration at controlled
temperature. Classic white vinification at 17C . Maturation with “batonnage sur lies”.

TASTING NOTES: Bright yellow colour with green tones
