LION D’OR CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Regional Pangeon Red Dry Wine


Viniculture
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Vineyards: Foothills of Mount Pangeon.
Cultivation: Linear vineyards planted in average soils, 3-10 km from the sea among the foothills of Mount Pangeon.
Harvest: Middle third of September.
VinificationMethod: Classic red wine vinification, with more than 8 months aging on French oak.
Characteristics
Deep velvety purple colour and luscious aroma of raspberry and spices. Well-rounded and full-bodied, gentle structure, characteristic tannins, long smooth finish.
Storage - Aging
Will respond to aging for up to 8 years after harvest.
Perfect Pairing
Drink at room temperature 18º C, with any kind of meat or poultry in strongly flavoured sauces, or yellow cheeses.

Regional White Dry Wine of Pangeon

Viniculture
Varieties: Chardonnay 100%
Vineyards: Foothills of Mount Pangeon.
Cultivation: Linear vineyards in average soils, 3-10 km from the sea among the foothills of Mount Pangeon.
Harvest: Late August to early September.
VinificationMethod: Classic white wine vinification at controlled temperature 12º C.
Characteristics
Limpid, brilliant yellow-green colour, fruity that brings the crispness of citrus, melon and pineapple .Rich and charming mouth , well-balanced and pleasantly crisp flavour.
Storage - Aging
Keeps well for up to 3 - 4 years after harvest.
Perfect pairing
Drink chilled 8-10º C, with shellfish, shrimp or lean white meat.
