It is no secret to many wine enthusiasts around the world that Naoussa region in the North of Greece - "Greece's Burgundy"-  is the cradle of Xinomavro grape - the undisputed king of the Greek reds.

In Naoussa there quite a few exceptional producers who cherish Xinomavro and produce high quality wines for decades, there is one man though who - silently & without any fanfare - managed to be distinguished by producing super premium wines of Xinomavro grapes which are carefully cultivated in his privately owned vineyards in one of the most picturesque spots of the region.

That man is no other than Stavros Kokkinos (Red) who was born and raised in the heart of  Naoussa and by his love and passion for the vine and the wine, proudly represents the essence of this lovely place.

Enjoy Stavros' P.D.O. Naoussa and his extremely limited Red Rooster in selected locations in Greece, as well as in the US and quite soon in Norway.
