Regional wine of IMATHIA/ NAOUSA

 Producer : Estate Chrisohoou
 Wine maker : Nana Chrisohoou
 Grape Variety : 100% Syrah
 Area : Strantza, Naousa
 Vineyard : Southeastern slopes of mount VERMION at 250 meters
 Soil : Sand & Clay
 Microclimate: Northern cool winds in the winter, abundant rainfalls during the whole year except summer.
 Harvest: 1 – 10 of September
 Vinification: Classic red; Fermentation at controlled temperatures of 28 – 30ο C and maturation on the lees in French oak casks for 1o months.
 Bottling: In the Estate’s facilities.
 Average annual production : 5.000 bottles
 Characteristics: Deep red color, aromas of mature dried fruits and rich taste with pleasant tannins in harmony with the notes of wood.
 Alcoholic degree : 13,0 – 14,0% vol
- Sugar level : 1,8 – 2,2gr/lit
- Total Acidity : 5,5 – 6,0gr/lit
 Food Pairing: Red meat & pasta in spicy sauces.
