This is a brand new wine, blend of two grape varieties, the noblest red of the Greek North (XINOMAVRO) and the cosmopolitan MERLOT, matured in French Oak casks for 12 months.
The most interesting thing though is that ELINOS is made under the most strict terms & conditions of Organic farming, at the slopes of the Mount Vermion in the VQPRD region of NAOUSA, Greece's Burgundy...
ELINOS MERLOT/XINOMAVRO has been produced in a limited number of bottles and the availble vintage is 2007.
